Shipping Policy

Pushpmarketing.com shall not take responsibilities for delays due to incomplete address listings. In a situation of re-shipment for the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges and any other related fines/penalties.

For Shipping within India, please allow 2 to 4 business days for delivery. Currently we are shipping only within India and will soon start shipping to different regions of the world.

Shipping Charges are based on shipping destination and quantity of units purchased, Further discounts are applicable on the purchase of a larger amount /quantity.

At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company would get in touch with you to arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their office location.

We do not take responsibility for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Please note that the courier company would bill any kind of customs or duties if applicable for the ordered items, separately to the customer at the time of delivery.

We value your purchases and thus, fully ensure your items at no extra cost. The in-transit risk is borne by us.

IN CASE OF DELAYS :

The shipping duration mentioned on our website is indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.

For any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail.

However, as mentioned earlier the delivery dates are approximate and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases we may offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order.
